VICTORY AVIATION offers all-inclusive passenger and cargo charter services to air charter companies, charter brokers, freight forwarders, logistic companies, and tour & travel operators. In addition to standard charter services, we have also performed several charters for the likes of summer charters, UN charters, cargo charters.

We typically offer charter services at a flat rate, based on block hours flown or full charter. In addition to the standard, our charter services also include the necessary traffic rights and landing permits, fuel, and passenger, cargo, and aircraft handling worldwide.

We at VICTORY AVIATION, are highly selective about our flight training partners because we believe that the organization and its flight and ground instructors, without exception must be highly motivated and passionate about what they do. They must be committed to helping our cadets realize their potential to become professional pilots.

Our strength lies in our people, therefore Victory Aviation Company Limited (VACL) places immense importance on the person and in identifying people with all the attributes inherent in a professional. We ardently believe that a pilot’s or engineer's attitude will be his or her most asset, or greatest liability, so we first look for true professionals and then good pilots or engineers. Aviation experts worldwide agree that often a crash could have been averted if the aircraft had a pilot with superior training, or an aircraft maintained properly with a perfect aircraft engineer. In other words, pilots must realize that most of the tools they need to be skillful, exceptionally safe pilots, are within them. Descriptors such as conservative, cautious, inquisitive, proactive, pragmatic, decisive, and informed would-be good indicators of the type of candidates we welcome.
